Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your event details.

Arty & Party reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited and intimate nature of our events, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee refunds or transfers, we will always try to help where possible.

Event Changes & Cancellations

Arty & Party reserves the right to make changes to event details, venues, timings, or experiences where necessary.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, guests will be offered either:

A full refund
A transfer to an alternative event

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, venues, and other attendees.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or damaging.

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Photography & Content

Photography and video content may occasionally be captured during events for marketing and social media purposes.

If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please notify a member of the team upon arrival.

All content created by Arty & Party remains our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Where refreshments are provided, guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to the event.

While we will always do our best to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Liability

Guests attend events at their own risk.

Arty & Party will not be held responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings
Injuries caused by guest negligence
Circumstances outside of our reasonable control

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Website Use

All website content, branding, imagery, and written material remain the intellectual property of Arty & Party unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

Privacy

Any personal information collected through bookings or website enquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
